We Raised $575.00 at the Pop for Pups Concert!

On Saturday August 23rd about 20 of our students played at the Pop for Pups Fundraiser for the Oakville/Milton Humane Society.  Concert goers were treated to a wide variety of songs from pop to rock, jazz, and even some celtic music.  By the time the event wrapped up for the day we raised $575.00! The concert went so well that we have decided to do another one next summer with the goal of raising over $1000.

A very special thank you goes out to everyone involved.  You guys were great!

Two New Programs for the 2014/15 Season

Recreational Hip Hop Classes for Kids (Oakville)

Oakville Hip Hop Kids is a community dance program designed to give kids an introduction to hip hop dance and beyond.  Your kids will have a blast learning how to dance and express themselves in these high energy, fun filled classes.  Please call the office for details.

Music lessons in the comfort of your own home
The Academy of Music now offers guitar and piano lessons in the comfort of your own home in  Oakville and Georgetown Ontario.  The goal of the in-home lesson program is to give busy families the same quality and programing that the Academy of Music has offered since 1996.

 

Is Your Teacher Sold Out?

Many of our teachers have sold out between the hours 4 pm – 8 pm. If you need a schedule change or would like to be added to a waiting list for a particular teacher, day or time, please contact our office and we can add you to the waiting list. There are still limited lesson spots available. To inquire about openings for September send an e-mail to [email protected] or call the office, Oakville (905) 845-1227 – Georgetown (905) 877-2770.
